Leaving your comfort zone is the pathway to a better life. Leaving your comfort zone challenges you to break past the boundaries of fear and gain the courage to seek a better life. 

Living in an abusive marriage and an unhealthy relationship caused fear, anxiety and emotional distress. Over time, I became trapped inside the comfort zone and stuck in a rut.

The feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem, skepticism, and pessimism were overpowering. Living in despair with no hope for a better life was disastrous.

To search for a better life meant leaving your comfort zone. And once I began to break out of the comfort zone, personal and spiritual growth became inevitable.

Grieving the loss of a loved one is not easy, and the grieving process is different for everyone. Some find it easier to move forward while others mourn for extended periods of time. And some people, like myself, build up emotional walls inside to block the painful feelings altogether.

The Lord knows the pain you’re going through right now.

He grasps the inner turmoil in your mind and knows what’s troubling you. He understands as each day passes by, the pain comes and quickly fades away again for a moment.
